I founded Coovadia Consulting with a mission to help individuals and organizations redefine their purpose and achieve their goals. Today, my consultancy specializes in providing educational opportunities focused on empowering people and workplaces to create social cohesion. By integrating my lived experiences with training in workplace civility and culture, I coach individuals to find their voices and embrace their identities, and in doing so, to create positive impact where ever they may be.
As a licensed Civility Coach and Skills for Success Trainer with experience in conflict mediation , teaching and facilitating, I am dedicated to creating enriching environments where ordinary turns extraordinary.
